What this site collects
Browsing biiwow.com requires no account and sets no marketing or third-party analytics cookies. The newsletter form validates your email in your browser but does not yet store it anywhere.
The book shop introduces the first real data handling. When you buy a book, payment happens entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout page — card details never touch biiwow. What we keep is an order record: which books were bought, the amount paid, the email address Stripe collected at checkout (used to find your purchases again in your downloads), timestamps, and the confirmation that you asked for immediate delivery. Your basket lives only in your own browser until you check out.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. The site and its order records are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. If delivery emails are enabled, the sending provider will be listed here.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share personal data for advertising, we don't profile you, and we don't store card numbers — ever. Refunding an order disables its downloads but keeps the order record so we can still help you if you contact us about it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Write to us via the contact page and we will help — including deleting order records where the law doesn't require us to keep them (bookkeeping rules can require keeping purchase records for a legally set period).
