What is biiwow?
biiwow is a lifestyle brand about becoming better, one step at a time. We're building a family of destinations — Sustainable Living, Sports, Travel, Kids, Pets, Productivity, Wellbeing, Books & Learning, Creativity, Home & Living and Food & Cooking — combining physical products, digital tools, downloadable books, apps, games and travel ideas.
Which shops are open right now?
The shop is open for our printable coloring books and two web apps, biiwow Unplugged and biiwow Paws. Physical products are still being prepared, and every category page shows its real status — we never list something that cannot be bought.
How do I hear about launches?
Use the updates form on any page. Note that sign-up is in preview while we finish setting up our mailing list — nothing is stored yet.
I have a question about an order.
Since our shops haven't opened, there are no orders yet. Once we launch, order help will live here and in the chat helper.
Is the chat bubble a real person or AI?
Neither — it's a simple demo helper that answers common questions from this FAQ. For anything else, email us and a real person will reply.
